We can deliver your new vehicle to your home address or you are welcome to collect from us – all lockdown guidelines followed.

When it’s time for you to collect your new vehicle, you will decide a date and a time with one of our team. We will ensure all paperwork is completed electronically beforehand. Euphoria Finance have a dedicated handover area and strict social distancing measures are in operation at all times. We understand that you will need to be dropped off in most circumstances – please can our customers ensure that this is carried out by a member of their household (or support bubble) only.
Staff present at the handover area will maintain social distancing and also be wearing a mask that covers their nose and face. We ask all our customers collecting their vehicles to kindly do the same unless you are exempt.
If your car is being delivered to your address, the same principal applies, and you can liaise via email or telephone with the Euphoria Finance team to discuss where you would like your vehicle placed. We can cater to any needs of our customers when it comes to delivery, even for those who are shielding.
Currently, Euphoria Finance cannot offer test drives of any of our vehicles under lockdown restrictions. However, we can offer click and collect car buying, or click and contactless delivery if you would prefer. This means you can still buy a car or van from us, you just won’t be able to test drive it first.
Yes, if you would prefer delivery over collection, we can deliver your car or van to your door. The delivery drivers will follow lockdown guidelines at all times, and we would appreciate all of our customers to do the same also.
All of Euphoria Finance’s vehicles will undergo a thorough cleaning process before they are collected or delivered. Understandably there will be points where we need to use your vehicle, such as moving it to an appropriate place for pick up or delivering it to your home. During these instances, team members will abide by all COVID measures and will give your vehicle a final clean before collection or delivery.

Once your vehicle is paid for or your finance plan is in place, we will liaise with you to arrange the best time for collection or delivery. We ask kindly that our customers who are collecting do not turn up without an appointment. Our team will arrange the best collection date and time with you. Under the current guidelines, click and collect car sales are allowed. Whilst you should exercise and shop locally, there is an allowance for customers to travel should they need to pick up a vehicle from us. Furthermore, guidance states that you are allowed to leave your home to fulfil a legal obligation – collecting purchased goods is fulfilling a contractual obligation.
